"CX says the vent is not pulling out air, because the cabinet handle on the right get hot. Says the microwave handle gets hot. Checked the vent motor direction, also checked the opening in the wall. Removed hose top and checked pressure. Removed hose and water came out the back connections. Tried once more since I heard air coming out then water. "JB out 1/17/23. Customer states unit not draining and dishes are not dry at end of cycle.Found water (untrained) in dishwasher upon arrival. Ran Cancel cycle, unit not draining. Found drain and corrected a kinked drain house under kitchen sink. Tested again. Unit now drains but water is shooting out of the air gap device. Checked air gap, not restricted. Removed black rubber drain hose from garbage disposal and found blocked . Cleared food restriction from garbage disposal. Reassembled and tested again. Unit still shooting water from air gap indicating the black rubber hose from air gap to garbage disposal is blocked. Advised customer this is house plumbing and not covered by the dishwasher warranty. Recommend black rubber hose by removed and either washed out to remove restriction or replaced. Best recommendation is to replace this hose as it is kinked near the disposal connection. Verified dishwasher does now drain but should not be used until rubber hose to disposal Id replaced. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE"
