I was at this call on Saturday and on the information plate itself it doesnt have the serial number. I rescheduled the call for first thing Monday morning so I could call tech line and get some guidance on how to go about the repair. They said because there is no serial number they cant document the call. They told me to refer them to whirlpool customer service and they sound be able to resolve the customers issue. Tech line also said there was no parts breakdown so there are no parts that can be replaced. Job completed
