Found the unit has major dents on the side of the unit and the base is not connected to the side. This allows the drum to come in contact with the blower housing and side walls. Called TST (86109139)to explained what I had found. Tech support said if the unit is sold as a dent and scratch unit then it is sold as is and has no manufacturer warranty. Documented the call and told the customer to contact the dealer to see what their coverage is. Electrolux will have to give us permission to work on this unit under a manufacturer warranty.

Found the vent checked ok on the dryer and so did the temp test on high. It is supposed to be 155 plus or minus 5 and it was within those tolerances. I gave customer best tips and practices on how to get a better results. All tested ok. 90 days customer instruction. Customer will call back if any issues arise. Job completed.

"The customer received the fresh food compartment door by mail, upon inspecting the door, found it arrived damaged, dented on the upper right corner. Checked the door on the unit, and found the unit was not leveled properly, the gasket was deformed because it was not on properly. Removed the door gasket from the new door, and installed it on the units door, applied heat to the gasket to de wrinkle, and shape properly. The customer reports the unit freezes in certain areas in the fresh food compartment. Found the customer is blocking airways, by pushing the items against the rear wall, pointed that out and advised the customer not to block the airways to prevent cold spots, leading to food freezing. The customer does not agree that by blocking airways some items will freeze, she claims its not the first refrigerator she owns. Called the technical department, and documented issues and findings. Called TAG and was told to dispense water about six times with the bypass filter to see if the unit will let you. If it is possible then the filter is the issue. Asked TAG about the set temperature and product temperatures I was seeing. The set temp is 38f and the product temp is ranging from 39f-42f. TAG says this is in range and that the product can range from -/+5F. Unit is operating as designed.

Upon arrival cx stated unit is not heating properly. The thermostat they have inside it is usually 100 degrees off. Ran unit through bake cycle and unit heated to 350. Cycled unit multiple times and it heated back up with no issues every time. Unit is operating as designed. Informed cx to allow 30-45 minutes for a proper preheat to allow everything inside to heat up to the desired temperature. Also informed cx that the metal thermostats they have are typically not very accurate and get more inaccurate as it heats up and cools down over time. Job complete.

Installed new pump and unit is now fully operational. Tested all components and everything checked out.

JB OUT 2/7/23. Customer states dryer runs but does not produce any heat. Upon arrival tested dryer verified no heat. Installed General Electric diagnostic smart HQ device. Verified no rise in temperature during heat circuit test. Tested outlet verified 120 VAC on L1 0 VAC on L2. Found and reset on tripped circuit breaker. Verified 240 V now available. Ran dryer. Found no increase in temperature. Tested outlet again. Tested 0 VAC on L2. Reset circuit breaker. Second time verified 240 V available and tested for proper ground. Unit is now operating verified increase in temperature when tested in time to dry cycle. Advise customer if heat function fails again to contact a qualified electrician to investigate the potentially failed circuit breaker. Circuit breaker is not physically tripping but not delivering volt 120 VAC to L2 leg of outlet. Advise customer of one time courtesy no charge on a no defect found service call visit under the manufactures warranty. Period. Tag pre I.D.d part heater and housing assembly part number WE11X21156 as returned and sent back not needed. No charge the customer. Job complete.

Leak from drain hose pump to rear wall clamp came loose. Tightened clamp all tested good

Failed oven ignitor has 120v to it and will not come on. Replaced failed ignitor all tested good

Customer concerned that the burner caps and head fall off the cooktop when cleaning. Informed customer normal operations. And that the cap and burner heads are made for easy removal so cleaning the cooktop is much easier. Instructed on how to remove and install burner heads and caps.

Drain cap was loose causing unit to leak I tightened cap and unit began functioning as designed job complete
