Noticed the icemaker was in the on position, but no water line connected to it. Customer states they have had the unit for a couple of years and the unit used to fill so that water was over the sheets when the customer used a bulky/sheets unit with the deep water option now the unit only fills about 6-8 inches. Customer states there might be something different about the agitation also. Checked the unit and found no stored fault codes. Ran a service test and found the unit operating as designed. Customer is adamant that the unit is not behaving as it has in the past. Started a bulky-sheets deep water cycle . Called WPTS(7735760319) who said to recalibrate the unit and have the customer run a clean cycle. They said that these are high efficiency low water units and that water levels can very depending on the load and cycles and modifiers selected.

Verified that the dryer is leveled correctly. There is a section of the drum that may be slightly offset and very slightly apparent towards the rear of the drum between the drum and felt seal and is visible when turning. Verified that the drum has pressure against the rear rollers. Movement is present with the cabinet but not excessive. Dryer is heating and drying normally. Contacted techline to report and techline stated that this is normal and no service is necessary. Customer stated he will going to contact customer service and the company from which it was purchased to request a replacement. Sr# 7735761725
