"JB out 3/1/23. Customer states ice dispenser will not always dispense ice cubes. Upon arrival verified ice cube storage tray full. Advise customer during the cold weather in months when ice is not dispensed every day or so the 10 is the clump together and when it wont dispense, its time to remove the ice storage bin and dump the ice out. This keeps the ice cubes from clumping together and keeps the ice cubes fresh. Recommend customer remove tow panel grill and vacuum condenser coils every three months for the life of the product to maintain high energy standards of efficiency. No parts necessary. No charge to customer. Advise customer when water filter needs to be changed, please purchase the brand every drop by whirlpool and filter number one. Job complete."
