Run the unit for calibration at 350F unit pause the test and they hit it up all the way to 368F, recommend a customer calibrate, the oven, a little bit 10° more so that way they can be a little bit more warm. The unit has a bad filter drier. When removed a brownish rust came out the drier. Replaced filter drier. Pressure tested the system holding plus 200psi. Removed the nitrogen from the unit. "The customer reports the unit doesnt dry properly when using the sensor dry cycles, it seems to work fine when using timed dry. Found the customer had a grill installed on the exterior vent outlet, it was partially clogged with lint, also found the electrical outlet where the unit was connected to, did not have any ground protection. Pointed both things out, the customer removed the clogged grill, and there was a properly wired electrical outlet next to the unit, connected the unit to that electrical outlet instead. Checked units ops, the unit is working as designed."
