Factor warranty (currently expired) does not cover installation corrections. Removed unit from cabinet installation. Installed replacement Heater W11527778 per TSB. Parts and labor covered by SP S17304. No charges to customer.Reinstalled unit into cabinet. Tested operation in presence of customer. Verified no water leaks. Found main control faulty not sending the signal to the spark board. Spark board faulty also sending a very weak spark signal to the rear right burner.

Installed new board. Unit is recognizing lid lock now. Complete.

Sr#7735889964 gas company came out and said leak was at fitting south of regulator. I couldnt verify leak myself. Fitting is part of install. I noticed that the cooktop is not mounted and the fitting and regulator were installed using a sealing tape when install manual requires gas approved pipe-joint compound. Gas tested cooktop components. Cooktop tests good with no leaks. Customer only smelling gas in lower cabinet not in kitchen at cooktop. Called whirlpool to document due to safety call.

"Found water in the overflow tray, customer stated that the water is disconnected to the dishwasher because he was going to change the shutoff off valve. I noticed the dishwasher slightly leaning forward and unleveled. Leveled dishwasher and cleared water from the overflow. Cleared F8E4 code. Customer will replace the shutoff valve and will advise if any problem continues."

Found a busted cam assembly. Had it replaced along with the actuator

I found the leak is coming from dispenser water lines into the door main harness and dripping right at the elbow.Consumer was informed if the situation and also about the door assembly not being produced anymore.

JB out 3/11/23. Advised customer one year warranty has expired 1/1/2022 as provided by the GE Service Dispatch. Customer states that General Electric had replaced the refrigerator on 3/10/2022 but has no documentation for the product replacement. G.E. Service dispatch lists the date of purchase as 1/1/2022. Customer states the refrigerator does not cool and makes a snap sound repeatedly every 3-5 minutes. Upon arrival found refrigerant section cooling normally but freezer section is room temperature..unit was unplugged and defrosted prior to about 11:39 am today. Customer states no cooling and a snapor other unusual sound and then stopped cooling. Customer is unable to provide proof of replacement date at this time. Customer showed an email from Haier dated 3/4/2022 stating a replacement refrigerator has been ordered for delivery . Photo or email is attached in quick pic form Customer is requesting a product replacement and does not want repair service. Recommend customer contact General Electric to make product replacement request. No repair made today. Collected no money from customer.

Found no water pressure at the inlet valve the house water valve very hard to turn on. Recommend replacing valve. Verified inlet valve is energized when the unit is started. Unit ok.

"Performed the vent test first with the vent hose on, test flap stood in place. Removed the vent hose and installed the vent test kit again, turned the dryer on and the flap came off and was held up against the lint filter housing indicating that their is a blockage within the venting, no blockage present in the vent hose from the dryer to the wall. Customer will need to have the vent professionally cleaned to ensure proper airflow.

Complete- cod- frozen fill tube causing water not to fill ice maker mold- dispenser motor is locked up- cx define repair at this time- will call office if they want to continue with repair.

Installed new wire harness and capacitor. Operation tested as designed. No leaks.

Customer stated that the unit shakes and makes noise on every cycle. Checked unit for error codes. No codes. Found fill hoses and drain hoses may be making noise from vibration. Ran unit through diagnostics and found unit is working to specs. Customer to secure fill lines and drain hose to avoid noises. Customer wanted to test a load. Ran small load washed and spun out no issues.
