"F8E1 long fill code was present & F5 E2 lock code, cleared codes and recycled power to the board. Verified that the drain coin trap is clear, found some screws and a coin. Plugged back in after 2 minutes, ran diagnostics cycle, diagnostics cycle completed with No error codes present. Ran a quick wash cycle to completion. Quick wash completed with No errors indicated. Ran a drain and spin with no errors indicated and no abnormal shaking. There was no signs of a F3E2 code present, previous tech misdiagnosed. Unit is functioning, advised customer to run the washer, will check it when I return for the dryer."

"Found an F2E1 stuck key, F0E5 off balance code present. Unit is located outside under a patio. Customer stated that the washer may have gotten water from the storms on them. Checked drainage and the hose is connected directly to the trap plus is clogged with so much dirt that the drain pump is not able and o drain properly but it is still working fine. Consumer will address drainage issues and will reach out to us if needed.
