Found no error codes stored. I removed the front panel to check all moving parts and everything is tight and correct. Nothing is lose but the unit is a long vent dryer and does make more noise then a traditional dryer because of a different motor that moves the air quicker. Customer does not want the brand new dryer fixed because it is brand new and should be like that. Unit itself is running as designed. Job completed.

Upon arrival found unit leaking water from the freezer into the fresh food section. Check the unit and found the freezer section has too much food in the unit and theres no lid in the air circulate properly. Informed this to the customer and let the customer know that they need to remove a couple of the items on the freezer in order to the unit working properly back again. Job complete.
