Found we had a wrong digit on the model and the serial was a little different as well. I checked the entitlement page and the unit is still under warranty. Found the unit has a poor defrost. I ran diagnostics and defrost sensor Checked ok but the heater did not come on during heater test. I removed the evap cover and found the brown wire that goes to the heater backed out and causing the defrost issue. I reconnected the wire into connector and it stays in place. The heater came on after reconnecting heater. The customer will manually defrost unit. Job completed.

Customer complaint unit wont spRk up on front left burner as fast as its other burners. Door is not closing right. Found door has a soft close feature. Cx instruct on door closure. Checked burner head Tested and confirmed. Removed burner head cleaned and tightened screws down for better contact. Cx instruct on cleaning. Cx has not cleaned unit yet. Has oil and residues causing to take longer to spark. Installed and found all burners working as designed.

"CX says the carbon alarm keeps going off. Thinks range may be the issue. Pulled unit from wall and checked all connections. Test good. Assembled unit bad, reinstalled. Turned on oven and all burners. The alarm didnt go off. Oven cycled on and off twice. The unit is good. Replaced burner head. Flame was bad, now corrected.
