"Unit had blue screen and was not turning on had to do reset on board and unplugged unit couple minutes once plugged in unit came back on and spinning, now there was also heating issues but because vent was going outside and going all the way up to roof Cx will have to call someone to either shorthen vent or if vent is clogged clean it out because vent without being connected to machine unit is heating great but when vent is connected to dryer heat is not all there.
