Cycled icemaker observed harvest cycle and fill cycle. Fill cycle is allowing some water to splash, overfill tube and down into a storage bin. Aligned icemaker, and cleared fill tube Cycle icemaker again and verified unit now fills and does not splash water out. Found the refrigerator compartment door considerably lower than freezer compartment door. Properly leveled cabinet and adjusted doors to be even now. No parts use. No charge to customer. Customer is not getting any water or ice because the water reservoir is frozen solid set the refrigerator to factory settings 0°F in the freezer and 37°F in the fresh food section told the customer is going to take 2 to 3 days for the temperatures to get back to normal temperatures and test the water once the water is back up and running. to turn on the icemaker everything should come back to normal at that point unit is working as designed and performing as it is set to."
