Found the original diffuser not clipped in all the way and the thermistor was in the wrong location. I removed all the ice and replaced all parts listed. Asked customer to load a regular wash load. Verified correct fill, wash (agitation) drain and spin functions.Redistributed wash load off balance (on purpose) to demonstrate an off balance load. Customer agreed this is what has been the experience.Properly redistributed load an spin again. To verify in customers presence the wash is operating correctly. Upon arrival found unit according with customer need to press on the pedal in order to open door. Inform the customer if the switch for solid pack is on this is the normal function. They need turn off this feature in order to the unit only need one time press on the pedal. This unit is working properly. Job complete

"Checked the unit the dishwasher is installed custom and no feet on the dishwasher , unit drips right hand side checked for a flowed tub,gasket , both were ok and looked good , needs to be adjusted up but cant due to the installation, being a bad install, took pictures to show missing feet unit is on the ground, and at the mercy of not being level with the ground as a possibility, installers need to correct this issue and put the Feedback on so the unit can be adjusted correctly and installed so I can easily be pulled out which it is not at this time"

"Perform diagnostic check. Opened left side freezer door. Found icicles hanging on door tray. Notice dent on refrigerator compartment freezer opening. Unit damaged during installation delivery, customer stated unit damage during delivery compartment and door. Customer stated did not want me to make any repairs at this time. Tech informed customer would not be able to remove dent repair damage . customer stated no longer wanted to continue with follow up on unit. customer on phone with Lowes."

Hot and cold valves are reversed. The cold valve was turned off. When the cold water first enters the unit it is warm then cools. This is a supply issue. Switched lines back and tested. Unit checks ok.
