"*Checked the unit operations fan motor was not working , called GE tech line , Hooked up HQ per tech line dd a firmware update , reset the temperature setting tested the fresh food fan motor , now is working correct refrigerator needed an update on the firmware to correct any kind of issues. Also, customer needs to allow 24 hours for correct temperature to come back. Unit is working as designed out this time."
