Performed inspection. Found dent at freezer door gasket location both right and left side cabinetry. Provided pictures to tech line. Deemed unit unrepairable. SR#7736546178. Transferring to Trade partners spoke w/customer service ref#7736530504 started process to replace unit

Unit had a burnt wire at heat element. Spliced a new wire and unit heats per design. Job complete.

Inspected unit as necessary. Spoke with Techline. Diagnosed DSI board failure. Removed and replaced. DSI board. Tested operation. All OK.

Upon arrival replaced UI and ACU ran unit through multiple diagnostic modes. No more fault codes unit is working as intended.

Customer stated that the unit makes noises between cycle. Checked unit for error codes no codes. Ran u it through diagnostics and found noise is spray arm spraying door. May be caused by calcium buildup. Customer to clean with vinegar. Tested all works good at this time.

Found unbalance detection lever rattling against the bin making noise re secured the lever to the lid and ran cycle. Unit passed all tests and noise is no longer present.

Cycled unit and found leaking gear case causing damage to other components. Unit will need new gear case slider and clutch assembly.

Customer stated that the dryer keeps pausing the cycle mid cycle. Removed and replaced console and door switch tested all works good at this time.

Replaced evaporator assembly fan is working correctly now and refrigerator is getting good air flow also heating element is working properly went over with customer customer is now satisfied job complete

"JB out 5/23/23. Customer states Dishwasher Wash is but does not dry dishes. Verified dishwasher tank/tub was replaced recently by ARS. Note model serial tag is not available as tub was just recently replaced. Recommend customer contact KitchenAid factory service and request a replacement. Model serial tag to be shipped to them to be affixed to the dishwasher. Ran dishwasher verified incoming supply water temperature at 78°F. Instruct customer installation instructions provided with dishwasher From KitchenAid require a minimum of 120°F. Hot water supply to the dishwasher by the house. Hot water supply heater. If water is not hot enough, it will not evaporate and therefore will not promote drying. Tested dishwasher verified water is not hot enough. Recommend customer purchase and install a point of use hot water heater located under the kitchen sink adjacent to the dishwasher set for 125°F so that when the dishwasher is used it will receive no less than Required 120° minimum the moment the start button is pressed. Also recommend use of liquid rinse aid in Dispenser. Unable to verify any mechanical issue. No charge to customer. Job complete."

Found evaporator fan not running. Found 120v at the connector. Replaced the fan and ran cycle. Unit passed all tests and is operating as designed.; used 1 WP2315539 (Evap fan) from stock

Ran dishwasher for about 20 minutes without any leaks. No fault codes stored.

Found the original diffuser not clipped in all the way and the thermistor was in the wrong location. I removed all the ice and replaced all parts listed. The unit is now circulating air the way it should be. It will take 24 hours to get back to normal temps. Ice maker and chute is no longer leaking after replacing the valve and chute. Job completed.

Found the cap tube restriction at the cap to three way valve for the fresh food evaporator. After cutting affected area out and soldering the new connection there is now a full frost pattern on the fresh food evap. All tested ok after repair. Job completed.

The claimed noise was coming this time from compressors compartment and I had to pull unit out and found a pigtail vibrating against the compressors compartment service panel. I have made proper adjustments to such and noise issue was solved.

Installed burner heads and caps. Tested unit. Unit is working properly. Customer informed me her grates were cracked. Instructed customer to call her warranty. They could possible send directly. If not. Please order grates before return out to call
