"SR#7736594624 Checked the unit customer left the last thing she washed and unit got out or balanced , a full size fitted sheet and regular sheet , they were stuck inside one another as a result would get out of balanced , I quickly picked them up and shook them apart set to a drain and spin , unit spins nicely checked suspension it is ok and working ok , I tested the last time I was out, which was roughly a month ago five towels, to see if the unit would get out of balance and it doesnt. Ive already instructed customer multiple times on getting the loads even out with things I advised her to put another set of sheets to wash even out the weight distribution unit is working as designed.
