"Upon arrival, replaced air tower with evaporator fan and thermistor also replace main control board when removing the main control board panel there was 100s of roaches. This could be a possibility of why the unit stopped working possible. The bugs shorted out the control board in some sort of way. I advise the customer that they might want to think about pest control to get the roaches away because the roaches can cause a main issue with the electronic components within the refrigerator refrigerator. Turned on evaporator fan turned on no noise was heard. Also compressor kicked on the freezer box was full of ice because it was not close properly I unplugged the unit advised the customer to defrost the whole unit for 24 hours allow the ice to thaw, then re-plug in the unit and allow 24 hours for the unit to get to proper temperatures job complete"
