Found the idler pulley not rotating properly so I pt is making a awful noise and the drum isnt moving properly. I replaced the pulley and the unit now moves the drum properly and no longer making noise. Job completed.

Found a loose wire harness at the drain pump. The wire would have broke if not caught. I reinstalled the wire harness on the retainer of the drain pump and not the it is no longer making noise. I recalibrated the unit and all tested ok and I ran several diagnostic cycles and all now checks ok. Job completed.
