"Verified that my temperature meter is calibrated before proceeding with temperature checks, set temperature to 350 and found that the calibration needs to be set at an offset of -25 degrees to get the temperature sensor to read the correct temperature, was able to get the temperature within 5-10 degrees of what is displayed on the panel. Advising that the temperature sensor probe may have low resistance and may continue to read incorrect temperatures as time passes and the oven is used. Temperature is functioning as of now. Found complaint unit is not making ice. Checked bin. Unit making ice. Cx then claims not enough ice to sustain their usage. Unit is only intended to fill bin to the top after three days per manufacture. Complaint ice cream not frozen. Checked and ice cream has milk n eggs as ingredients. These items sometimes do not freeze entirely as much as a product with more water Customer also complaint their water is not as cold as it was before. Cx instruct on where the refrigerator gets its water from and how in the summer temperatures increase causing it not to be cold as before. Checked all ops unit is working as designed Cx instruct on use and care.

"Cx stated unit heats up but it does not dry, checked j14 connector while running a wet. Cloth through sensor bars resistance did change, also tested exhaust temp on high heat it reached 158 degrees. Outlet thermistor at 5.1 k ohms after running unit for 10 mins or so. Advised cx to clean out vent professionally and call back if he has the same issue after that"
