Unable to test water system for leaks as unit is uninstalled from kitchen, sitting in the dining room and not connected to a water supply. Tagged fitting WP4373559 and tube-water W10823511 as Return and sent back unused.

Installed replacement Evaporator Fan motor W11224591. Reassembled freezer and door. Retested. Verified Evaporator fan operation and cold air now being delivered to upper FF section.All other parts tagged as Return and sent back not needed.Leveled cabinet. Tested door operation with customer. No charge to customer.JOB COMPLETE"

"JB out 7/3/23. Customer states microwave oven does not operate only beeps. upon arrival verified date of purchase as February 2, 2023. Please see attached quick pic photographs of purchase receipt. Found microwave oven unplugged. Plugged unit in Verified normal power up. Tested microwave oven with coffee mug containing cool water. Verified microwave oven operating, normally, sound level is normal and unit heated water properly. Tested again with a separate cup of cool water. Verified microwave oven is operating properly. Unable to verify any mechanical issue at this time. Advise customer of one time courtesy no charge on a no direct phone service call visit. No parts use. No repair made. No charge to customer. Job complete."

Unit not cooling. I found frozen over evaporator causing airflow restriction. I removed cover and found that the brown wire backed out of connector at heater. I repaired wire. All tests good. Customer to defrost unit for 48 hours to defrost ice build up.

"Unit frozen on screen. When a cycle is selected either bake on oven or cook on microwave the unit will just sit there. I verified complaint. Reset unit and ran diagnostic. All is coming on after reset and diagnostic cycle. All tests good let customer,er know to try and see if there is updates available on app."

Unit not starting. I found that the connector at motor was not inserted all the way causing no motor movement. Corrected motor connector. All tests good.

Customer said unit is not agitating. I tested unit. I found that agitator was a little loose. I removed agitator and made sure splines are still good. No wear on splines found. I tightened agitator. Tested unit through diagnostics. All tests good. Calibrated water levels in diagnostic.

Replaced panel found panel is damaged under the blue plastic

"Consumers mainly wanted to know How to manually adjust drying times. I have explained that manually adjusting drying times its not possible but, drying time could somehow be tweaked by making the right selections on the UI."

JB out 7/1/23. Customer says machine does not drain water all the way out and clothes are wet at the end of the spin cycle. Found customer using sometimes HE detergent but one for cap which is enough for 36 to 50 wash a loads. Recommend from today forward using maximum one spoon measured as HE formulated detergent is very highly concentrated.Advise customer do not use pods or HE TURBO detergent as it is too highly concentrated for this High Efficiency low fill washer.No change to customer. JOB COMPLETE

"JB out 7/1/23. customer states washing machine, displays an error code and will not start. Also, unit sometimes leaks water on the floor. upon arrival. Found error code F3 E1 displayed. F3 E1 indicates pressure signal sensor missing or out of range. additionally, extracted error code F0E2 indicating oversuds condition. Excessive signs have been detected. Cleared stored error codes. Removed top cover of washing machine and inspected air pressure hose. Found pressure switch. No longer anchored to chassis of washing machine. Just hanging loosely. Properly reinstalled pressure switch using existing mounting hardware. Inspected pressure hose to back of tub. Verified no damage. tested washer in wash verified correct water filter and agitation. Cancel cycle. Selected drain and spin functions. Verified correct operation of drain and spin. Advise customer against using detergent pods as they contain too much detergent for this low fill high-efficiency washing machine recommend the use of HE only detergent and very, very small amounts typically that of one measured teaspoon maximum. tested washer in one cycle verified no water leak at this time.

Ran unit found no issues. No error codes stored in unit. Ran diagnostics and all functions working properly. Informed customer of 30 day warranty on service call.

Installed rollers belt guides and pulley. Tested unit. Unit is still making the thumping. Found the thumping to be come from the drum. As the dryer drum seam rolls over the rollers it causes a bit of a thump. New dryer drum will have the same effect.

Condenser rattling. Bent tubes to keep them from rattling together. Grab condenser from the bottom and pulled it slightly forward and vibrations stopped. Informed customer to call us back if problem continues.

Customer said everything defrosted and she saw frost on back wall. Customer didnt unplug unit but unit started cooling again. I took temps. Temps were normal. I see evidence of frost on wall. I adjusted door gasket for proper sealing and made sure rails were tight and functional. All tests good.

Found oven door front glass shattered. Vacuumed broken glass as best as possible. Replaced outer door glass. Oven is working properly at this time. Instructed customer to install anti- tip brackets. Complete.

Removed and replaced console found shaft for ice bin sleeve has moved causing bin not to engage. Removed and replaced shaft tested all works good at this time.

Customer stated that twice the unit had leaked a lot of water. Cycle tested unit no leaks. Fill tub all the way let it sit then drained no leaks. Customer going to use only liquid and have drain checked. Tested all works good at this time.

"F8E4 code , cleared out code , checked operations unit had soap suds in the unit , that caused the flood code , cleared suds out of the unit customer had some cross-contamination or from the cascade soap with Dawn in it advised them to go to finish tablets to correct issues. Unit is working as designed now at this time."

"Complaint is they smell a gas smell when turning on the ovenChecked the unit opened the oven door noticed first the drip mat customer had in was covering the base holes , instructed customer they cannot do that at all. Turn on the oven. Tested and inspected the valve and gas lines to the valve and regulator assembly. They are tight not leaking. Turn on the unit to 350° did not smell anything wrong used gas sniffer no issues found at this time unit is working as designed the drip cover could have cars non-combustible air issues, which would give a rock gas smell in a not so good complete burn, operations ok now at this time did advise them to use their vent hood every time they turn on the unit"

"F0 e3 out of balance F2e1 stuck button Customer stated she uses two large towels, two hand towels, and a few small wash clause in it gets out of balance, quite easily tested with three heavy towels, and spend to see if it would work correct, it did for me cleared codes , operations ok now at this time collected $121.50 , paid by card"

Found open thermal fuse replaced fuse all tested good ; used 1 WP3392519 (Fuse) from stock

Found condenser fan blade hitting housing. Adjusted housing and fan all tested good

Installed new parts. All ops now working as designed.

Cx complaint of hearing off balance load and no water coming in. Adjusted suspension rods after finding they were not in correct placement. Flushed out water valve now allowing water properly into unit. All functions now working as designed.

"F7e4, Fault is stored when the main control determines the shifter is not engaging the basket for spin or disengaging it for wash. Found object stuck between spin basket and tub. Removed and retested. Unit now shifting between shift and spin with no issues. All functions not working as designed."
