Inspected unit as necessary. Ran diagnostics. F8 E1 error code. Long fill. Ran test cycle. Unit is filling slowly. Checked valve at wall to make sure Water is turned on. Technician found shut off valves. Half shut off causing unit not to fill properly. turned shut off valves on and ran test cycle. Huge difference in flow of water. Unit is working properly at this time. Shut off valves at wall were not fully opened. All ok!
