"Dw was complete was not missing any parts. Upon arrival Cx stated that dw leaked under door. Diagnosed unit was able to run service test there was no error codes and passed all test, tested with quick cycle as well found no sign of leaks but did find excessive soap(plz refer to pics) told Cx possibly suds is what caused unit to leak because Cx said she never completed cycle she only used it half way. Told Cx she needs to let unit Finish if not issue will continue. Job completed."

"Install the new compressor on the unit, vacuum the system and hold the vacuum. Recharge the unit with 6 oz of R134a. Retest the unit and now unit star cooling down. Informed the customer they need to wait at least 24 hours in order to put food inside to the unit.Additional install the LED lights on the unit. Retest of the lights and now unit has correct illumination. Job complete."

Advised customer on health hazard situation and cannot continue with diagnosis or repairs until a certified pest control company has been out to exterminate and must provide a certificate of extermination for both vermin. Reinstalled toe panel cover. No repair made

Customer stated that microwave is not heating other server service here a few weeks ago. Cycle tested unit multiple times that unit is heating but maybe the door is not closing all the way due to the installation screws customer to six screws and move unit slightly away from the edge of the counter tested all works good at this time.
