JB out 7/25/23. Customer states refrigerator makes a noise intermittently that appears to be loud. Upon arrival verified noise coming from refrigerator compartment mounted air damper operating motor. Selected diagnostic test number three to allow the damper door to open and close in succession. Verified with customer. This is a normal operating sound as an electric motor is operating the opening and closing of this damper door to regulate temperature in the refrigerator section. Advise customer to vacuum and brush condenser coil is clean every three months for the life of the product to maintain high energy levels as set forth by the manufacture. Also recommend inspection and clean as needed door seals to prevent from being sticky. Instruct the customer how to use User interface to check in or change set temperature in both sessions. Recommend the use of the brand every drop by whirlpool water filter only when water filter should be replaced. No parts use. No charge to customer. Job complete.
