"On arrival, customer states unit making noise. Ticking and thumping in noise. Tested and found unit on pedestal this is a combo unit with more weight on the tub. In spin even empty as unit ramps up the pedestal slants to the right as unit ramps in speed, 2 towels fully spreading out in spin cause off balance at max extract due to warping pedestal. Unit is really heavy and pedestal is light causing flex. Cx also states that problem happened right after the pedestal was installed but had no issues before."

"Unit was in tight spot. Today upon arrival when began to work on unit opened up back side took out the lint trapper and found a lot of lint both in the middle of the assembly and on top where Cx can pull out little drawer to throw away lint. (Plz refer to pics) once took out heat was once again there and there was no further noise, told Cx that issue most likely was because of long vent because exit is right outside on the other wall and lint was getting trapped on vent as well. Tried adjusting the best possible. Job completed."
