"JB out 8/3/23. Customer states refrigerator compartment will not drop below 51. Upon arrival. Inspected cooling controls and verified display temperatures at freezer = zero refrigerator =50. Verified foods in the freezer. Compartment are frozen solid and properly. Icemaker is producing ice cubes. Inspected refrigerator. Compartment damper verified cold air supply from freezer successfully. Into refrigerator compartment. Found Center, Mullion divider very hot. Removed upper panel grill cover. Inspected condenser fan motor. Found operating properly. Inspected condenser calls and found in need of cleaning. Ask the customer to clean condenser coils using vacuum cleaner and paper can you paintbrush. Allowed refrigerant to run after condenser calls were cleaned. Verified suction line. Feels cool to the touch and condenser coil. Warm but not burning hot. Center Mullion divider is now warm but not burning hot. Allow 8 to 10 hours for refrigerator to cool down to proper temperature, which should be 37°.No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete."

"This unit is just few days old, so through visual and physical inspection, found lid to be a little bit bent in lid lock side(left side) so I have bent it back to the best possible and machine has finished a drain and spin cycle without a problem. But, Consumer has expressed to me that she had experienced a bad beginnings with not one but two unit that Costco guys tried delivering in a damaged condition, she also is skeptical about this one and will try exchanging unit through Costco instead of repairing it. We are to consider this job closed."
