JB out 8/3/23Upon arriving found lower spray are came off during wash cycle and melted from the heating element.Installed replacement lower spray arm. Reassembled and tested operation with customer. Unit now operates as designed. Advise customer water being supplied to dishwasher is far below that of the required 120 f as outlined in the supplied installation guide from Whirlpool. Suggest the purchase and installation of a Point of use hot water heater set to 125 f. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE

"Upon arrival, inspected unit found that motorized door was open and when it would close, it would pop back open after closing. I adjusted the door switches from the inside re-tested the unit and the unit now opens and closes as it should. It does not pop open anymore. Unit is working as intended. Job complete."
