Saw unit having ice issues on bottom of unit. Technical Service Pointer #: W10632338E. Found duck bill was sealed shut and causing unit to leak and build up ice in freezer floor. Unit is now draining into drain pan like it should. Icemaker is not leaking anymore. Steamed out drain pan under evaporator in freezer and you can hear water draining. All checked out and put back together. Job complete. All the other repairs are working and holding up and icemaker is now working as designed and no leaks. Job completed
