"Through my initial inspection, I was able to hear the claimed noise but, its not a humming noise but instead, is a very mild and short sound like the old dial up phones and its coming from the Ice-maker area. But still unit is working as designed. Another complaint was that there was a very minimal amount of water some sort of condensation on top of freezers drawer seal. So I proceeded to meticulously inspecting all pertinent to water surroundings to no avail. No water traces or indicators could be spotted or found. Consumer was asked to if possible record the noise and water accumulation if it happens again."

"Tested microwave output. 1 cup of water at 82f run for 1 minute is 138f. WPTS states microwave tests ok . The instructions on the package of popcorn say to NOT use the POPCORN button. It says to start at 145 , to not leave the popcorn unattended, to increase the time if there are too many un-popped kernels and to listen for pops to slow to 1 or 2 pops per second being careful to not scorch the popcorn. It is pretty open ended and basically states the user will have to adjust times to their preferences . Called WPTS(7737097046) and explained what the customers issue is and what I am doing to diagnose it. The oven calibration test was not done yet . I was instructed to finish this and either calibrate the unit or figure out which component might be bad. Found the mean average of 3 high and low readings is 355f. According to this test the oven is operating as designed. Had the office translate to the customer who does not like there is a popcorn button that is contrary to the DIRECTIONS ON THE PACKAGE OF POPCORN.Unit operating as designed."
