Run the unit trough diagnostic cycle and unit passes all the test a this time. Check for the hose pinch on the back of the unit, and dont found any. Additional the drain hose from the air gap to the disposal is clogged causing the water going directly to the sink. Inform this to the customer. This unit is working properly but they need clean the hose. The drain hose for the unit has some leaks on the air gap as well. Inform the customer they need addressed that problem. Job complete"

"JB out 9/5/23. Customer states she washer two bed sheets (Bulky Items/Sheets cycle selected), during spin the machine became unbalanced and actually walked away from the wall. Upon arrival found washer loaded with dry clothes as requested. Tested washer in Spin cycle empty and verified unit spins smoothly. Tested again with clothes in Normal cycle. Allowed unit to fill and agitate. Canceled cycle. Ran Drain and spin cycle. Verified wash tub went off balance and shook and vibrated. Paused cycle and demonstrated to customer how the laundry migrated to one side of wash tub. Instruct customer to pause off balanced washload and redistribute clothes evenly around the washplate. This should (and did) allow the spin cycle to complete without going off balance. Also advise against use of HE TURBO detergent as it is too highly concentrated for this low fill high efficiency washing machine. Recommend ONE MEASURED TEASPOON MAXIMUM of HE (only HE not turbo) detergent for best performance.No,parts used. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE"

Check the water valve and is bad causing the failure, additional the water source sometimes send water to the unit and sometimes doesnt.
