JB out 9/8/23 customer states water flow from water dispenser is very slow. Upon arrival found filter had been replaced approximately three weeks earlier. Tested water dispenser function. Verified slow water flow. Removed existing water filter and installed filter bypass. Found water flow now restored to normal flow rate. This indicates that the recently install filter has done his job. Advised customer to install a new replacement water filter being careful to select only the brand name called every drop by whirlpool do not use aftermarket or store brand filters as they may damage the water filtration system. Advised customer to remove toepanel grill cover every 2 to 4 months for the life of the product and vacuum and brush the condenser coils. Clean to maintain high energy. Efficiency levels. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete.

"Upon arrival, replaced water valve and recirculating pump, plugged it back in unit began to fill with water and is circulating as it should watch the water come over the icing tray and it was starting to get rusty unit is working as intended. Advise customer to give at least 5 to 8 hours before the unit will start to make ice and get to temperature job complete. This ice machine is covered under a three-year warranty."
