"Sr#7737249479 upon arrival inspected unit found a loose lead to the heater thermistor I reconnected that also found that the voltage was not proper coming from the control board. I replace the control board on this unit spoke with tech-support, and they advised me to make all these checks, checked everything that they asked and determined that it was a possible control board issue replace a control board ran through diagnostic mode. Unit passed all tests. Unit is no longer giving the F4 E2 error code advised customer to do a wash and see how it works for them. At the moment the unit is working as intended with no issues."

"Upon arrival found unit with water remaining by the end of the cycle. Unit has F9E1, this about the drain problem. Check the unit and erase the error code. Run the unit trough diagnostic cycle and unit passes all the test a this time. Check for the hose pinch on the back of the unit, and dont found any. Additional the drain hose from the air gap to the disposal is clogged causing the water going directly to the sink. Inform this to the customer. This unit is working properly but they need clean the hose. The drain hose for the unit has some leaks on the air gap as well. Inform the customer they need addressed that problem. Job complete"
