"JB out 9/11/23. Upon arrival verified frozen products in FC not frozen. Tested at 28f. Items in RC are cool, tested at 45f. Installed manifold gages and found Low Side-at - 4f and High side at 100f.Condenser coils just above room temperature to the touch. Ran Diagnostic tests:01=01, 02=01, 15=02 (binNOT full), 36= Ice Box Fan Ok, 37=01 ice box thermistor ok, 39= 01 evaporator thermistor ok, 56=E0 No ice maker Errors.Evacuated remaining refrigerant charge. Tested system with Nitrogen to 180 Psig. Unable to verify any leak. Found evidence of UV DYE at high side (steel tube) exiting cabinet into unit compartment just to right if compressor behind the suction tube. Spoke with Joe at factory Tech line. Sent Two photos showing UV Dye indicating a cabinet refrigerant Leah above unit compartment. Joe issued SR File# 7737302080 and advanced unit to product review. Installed replacement Factor charge of 6.0 ounces or Refrigerant R134a.Reassembled unit and reinstalled into alcove. No charge to customer JOB COMPLETE"
