Found the unit not defrosting properly and reason for poor cooling. I found the brown wire the goes to the hearted came out of connector and heater wasnt working as a result. I replaced the heater with the revised version and now the heater is operating properly. Job completed and it will take 24 to 48 hours for temps to normalize.

Erase the code, test the unit on test cycle and unit star leak water, the water was coming from the front center of the unit.
