"JB out 9/22/23. Customer states dryer operates but clothing takes several hours to dry. Upon arrival found newly delivered dryer, sitting directly on floor without the supplied feet installed. Also front to panel grill not installed because feet are installed. Theres not enough room to install the two power grill. Installer did not leave the feet behind tested dryer verified zero exhaust through Exhaust Ducting exit of house. Advise customer exhaust ducting somewhere between the dryer going through the wall and the exit. The house is 100% restricted. Recommend existing exhaust fan to be replaced with a louvered type that does not need to be a minimum of 18 inches off the ground. Also advise customer currently existing exhaust Ducting between back of dryer and wall is the type made from thin foil and poses a potential fire and risk for loss of life hazard per supplied installation guide from manufacture. Highly recommend customer replace this ducting with rigid metal tape to prevent and or remove potential fire risk. Dryer is operating as designed but dryer exhaust. Ducting is restricted. Recommend customer contact Lowes installation department who did not install supplied cabinet feet auto panel to return and complete installation. Whirlpool does not provide for installation corrections with its manufactures warranty. It is the responsibility of the installer to finish the installation. no parts used. No charge to customer. Upon arrival found that unit was making kind of a clanking noise. At this point I took the unit apart I replaced all for roller wheels. The idler pulley wheel also replaced the blower wheel. Turning it back on unit is no longer making noise. I did advise the customer that the venting is not proper on the unit and we need to be readjusted somewhere because the unit is going to start short cycling due to poor ventilation but at the moment the unit is working as intended job complete; used 1 Wp697772 (Blower wheel) from stock

I removed all the ice from the evap and installed all parts of drip pan kit. It will take 24 hours for temps to normalize. All functions tested properly. Job completed.

Found the unit has a f27 error code. I enter diagnostics and found a little bit of suds but not too much. All functions tested properly on the diagnostic test preformed.

After replacing both parts ordered the unit is now latching constantly and able to proceed with the cycle. All other functions tested properly in diagnostics. Job completed.

"Replaced the ignition harness and cooktop. Noted the harness had cooking grease on it from a spill. Wiped grease from the control panel when reassembling. Informed customer the damage was caused by a grease or oil spill, that I had replaced the cooktop because of the dent in front but they would still have to be mindful of how the ignition harness is just on the other side of the control panel ."

Installed the suspension and top ring. Tested the unit and found it operating as designed.

7-1(tach signal error) 2-1( stuck key) 0-3(overload). A rubber ball has knocked the belt off the pulley(see pics). Reset belt and tested . Unit checks ok.

Evacuated system and recharged with accurate amount of r600. 65grams. Unit vacuum pressures are good. If unit does not remain cool then there may be a small unverified leak. Unit is now cooling per design. Job completed

Installed new valve and unit passed all tests. Unit is complete

Installed gasket heat related and unit is sealing. Also replaced left door switch. Unit is now working per design. Job complete.

Inspected unit and found restricted air flow. Disconnected vent and unit passed vent test. Unit does have a weird little smell. Advised Cx to clean vent and if smell still lingers to call back for service. I have no idea what the smell is. Job complete

Customer stated that the unit is not spinning out the loads. Found spin cycle is off on normal cycle. Showed customer. Fixed loose door hinge so door engages latch tested all works good at this time.

Removed and replaced control and user interface updated software tested all works good at this time.

Installed new parts and retested unit now working as designed job completed

"Checked the unit all lights working ok , customer meant by not showing a light one time to finish light, stating that it went through the full cycle did not show, went into diagnostics found a 63 code and a 64 code which is a suds lock and water not detected in the unit cleared those codes test. The unit works correctly. Did find soapsuds in the unit. Advise customer to use finished tablets removed all the soap suds out of the unit test of operations. Unit is working as designed now."

Found no error codes at this time. I did find the hoses reversed so I brought that to the customers attention. He will correct it. Also drain stem needed to be adjusted. I ran a recalibration and the customer stated the noise is no longer there. All functions tested ok after recalibration of the controller. Job completed.

Diagnostic check. GE tool. Error code F 37 OOB . Test ran unit clear fault codes ran unit per GE fault code instructions. Test came back with no error codes. Instruct customer on unit. unit operating as designed.

Because of a frost up issue a total frost has been cleared and a new wire jumper has been replaced.

Found FF thermistor stuck in styrofoam causing refrigerator to over cool. Removed thermistor and remounted properly. Ran cycle and unit passed all tests. Unit is now operating as designed
